It’s natural for parents to feel anxious about their child’s food refusal, especially if it results in a limited diet. Parents often feel guilty, like it’s their fault that their child is fussy, but let me be the first to reassure you that this is not the case.
Sure, there are things we do as parents that might make food refusal better or worse, but I can promise you, it is not your fault.
Whether your child is becoming picky or is showing signs of extreme food refusal, read on to find out how I can help you...
Food Refusal
As a qualified feeding therapist, responsive feeding practitioner and child nutritionist my child-led approach starts with getting to know you and understanding your child’s feeding behaviours. I am here to listen your concerns and to support you in finding the right feeding solutions for your child.

The approach we take together will be tailored to your child’s feeding and sensory needs and puts your child at the heart of it. My goal is to give you the confidence and the skills needed to make mealtimes stress free and to help your child enjoy coming to the table and taking part in mealtimes
